John Montgomery, Director of Program Management Visual Studio Platform, announced the availability of Update 3 Release Candidate for Visual Studio 2013.
The download of release candidate (RC) for Visual Studio 2013.3 was published on June 30th and consists of a very small online-installer. RC3 Update is still pre-release. An Upgrade from Update 3 RC to Update 3 RTM is supported. Find it here: Download.
