From April 21–23, 2026, the Microsoft 365 Community Conference returned to Orlando, hosted at the Loews Sapphire Falls and Royal Pacific Resorts. We spent the week on-site, delivering a full-day workshop and a session.

A special highlight of the conference was the celebration of 25 years of SharePoint, together with Jeff Teper and parts of the product team. It was a great moment to reflect on how SharePoint has evolved from a document management system to a core platform for collaboration, intranet, and now AI-powered experiences within Microsoft 365. The sessions and the panel combined history, insights, and a forward-looking perspective on where the platform is heading next.

The Whova app supported everything from agenda to live Q&A and polls which made sessions more interactive and provided immediate feedback from the audience. As with many great events, the most valuable moments happened in conversations with customers, peers, MVPs, and Microsoft teams.

Our Sessions

We kicked things off on Monday with our full-day workshop: Elevate Your Microsoft 365 Governance: Mastering M365, Copilot & Power Platform – 2026 Edition – with Martina and Toni.
The focus was on governance and enabling controlled adoption of AI and agents at scale. We had great, interactive discussions based on real-world scenarios and aimed to answer all questions—even beyond the workshop itself.

On Wednesday, we delivered our session: Agent Governance and Compliance in a Glance – with Martina and Toni. This session focused on how to map controls to real guardrails.
