“Who are you, that not everyone else in the industry can do the same?”
“Why should we choose you and your company over a well-known [insert big name here]?”
These - and other uncomfortable questions - come up in conversations with new customers and clients.
And honestly? I welcome them.
Here’s why:
- Because we speak truth to power.
- Because we’ve built an organization ourselves - not hopped through a 1.5-year job-career carousel.
- Because we see (and test) new directions in the industry early.
- Because we care - deeply - about the work and the outcomes, and the people involved.
- Because we are here for the solution, not the problem.
And sometimes, that’s exactly what makes the difference.
