Today Microsoft announced Microsoft 365 Copilot at a LinkedIn Live event. Microsoft describes the service as an “AI-powered tool that boosts productivity and creativity in the Microsoft 365 world”. Microsoft 365 Copilot integrates with popular Microsoft apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, but also with Power Apps, Power Automate and the Microsoft Graph API. March 8th is celebrated worldwide as Women’s day. There is more of that: March is Women’s History Month. Working as a women in technology is not as exotical as it was 25 years ago, still, there is room for improvement to engage women to look into jobs in technology and also to engage them to bond with other women in technology and join allies with like minded people in the industry. In 2022 I started with the idea to celebrate women’s history month with highlighting a women in Tech every day and write why she is a role model for me and what she does. But why only 2022? Delegate365 v9.5 brings some improvements for importing users from a list into groups, adding owners to groups, showing user authentication methods and some other benefits. See it here. User authentication methods: In the *Users *module, the panel has been extended and now shows all stored Authentication methods of the user. Select a user, and open the Authentication methods menu on the right. The Authentication methods panel opens and shows a list of all methods. Admins can remove outdated authentication methods here with the x-Icon. The question dialog “Do you really want to delete Password Authentication?” must be confirmed to delete a method. In this sample, we see some outdated authentication methods (without name, from 2017) that could be removed by the admin. *Cancel *closes the panel. Delegate365 v9.4 brings support for managing dynamic security groups and some small fixes. See the details here. Dynamic Security Groups: In the Groups / Security Groups module, the list shows all security groups that are assigned to the administrator´s OU´s. In the list, there´s a new column Membership Type that shows if the security group is of type Assigned or Dynamic. Assigned means static users, Dynamic means a rule that includes all users whose properties match the condition (as in the M365 admin portal). The Membership Type cannot be changed for existing security groups. It must be defined when a new security group is created. If a security group is of type Dynamic, the menu on the right shows the option Dynamic membership rules. ...

The purpose of Adaptive Cards Adaptive Cards are a new way for developers to exchange content in a common and consistent way. The idea behind Adaptive Cards is simple: most software developers are not known for being the best designers of forms and data presentations. In order to develop a system that would make it easy for developers to present data in attractive forms, Microsoft founded the “Adaptive Card Working Group” around 2017. This should make it easier for developers to display data in a standardized form on all possible devices. The group began developing Message Cards around 2017, which became Adaptive Cards in 2018.
