Auch im nächsten Jahr wird Microsoft wieder eine Reihe an großen Konferenzen organisieren – ganz frisch ist die Information von der nächsten Microsoft Ignite hereingekommen. Nein, die Ignite wurde entgegen anders lautenden Meldungen nicht abgesagt, jedoch haben sich Datum und Ort geändert. Schön der Reihe nach. Die Termine für die nächsten großen Microsoft Konferenzen (in chronologischer Reihenfolge) sind: Convergence: Die Konferenz für “Business Leaders”, wo Microsoft Trends und Lösungen im Vordergrund stehen wird es 2015 in EMEA und in 2016 in USA geben: 30. This week unityConnect, the SharePoint and Office 365 conference, took place in Amsterdam. The speaker lineup was amazing and the content team did a great job. We asked Twitter about some numbers of this event. See it here! There have been around 400 attendees and a lot of well known experts at the three day event at “The Meervaat” near Amsterdam downtown. unityConnect is considered to be one of the premier SharePoint and Office 365 technical training events in Europe and offered more than 50 sessions with great speakers from Microsoft and from the industry. ...

The first SharePoint Saturday Barcelona ever organized by SUG.cat took place on 26th of September, well of course in beautiful Barcelona. Find our session slides here. . Am 1. September findet ein sehr interessantes Online-Event zum Thema Azure Websites auf Basis von Open Source statt: Websites on OpenSource Dies ist das ist zweite Webinar aus der OpenSource on Azure Reihe. Das Event liefert Einblicke in Azure Websites und wie PaaS genutzt werden kann um Standard-Webs wie auch andere Websysteme wie verschiedene Linux-Lösungen, Docker, MongoDB, Hadoop oder Programmiersprachen wie Java, Python, PHP oder Ruby einzusetzen. Zur Abwechslung ist die Zeitzone des virtuellen Events mal nicht in Pacific Standard Time, sondern – nachdem von West Europe organisiert - in Central European Time angegeben.
