Heute startet wieder der Cloud Adventkalender! Aus dem Engagement von Microsoft MVP´s entstand letztes Jahr diese Idee, interessante Artikel über Cloud Technologien in einen ansprechenden Adventkalender zu verpacken. Hinter 24 Fenstern versteckt sich täglich ein Blog Artikel der deutschen Cloud Computing-Community, sowie weiterführende Links zum entsprechenden Thema. Zusätzlich zu den interessanten Cloud-Artikeln gibt es jeweils eine Frage mit einem Gewinnspiel! Als Preise gibt es drei handsignierte Exemplare des Buches Cloud Architecture Patterns von Bill Wilder und verschiedene Softwarelizenzen. ...

So we (@magrom and @atwork) had a really great week at MVP Summit 2014 on Microsoft Campus in Redmond. We learned a lot and had a lot of fun. Since the content of the summit was under NDA the participants tweeted a lot about stuff around the event. Here´s some statistics from Twitter with hashtag #mvpsummit. There were more than 8.000 tweets made by about 2.500 users. About half of all tweets have been retweets. ...

Heute hat TechEd Europe in der Fira de Barcelona begonnen. An die 5000 Teilnehmer erhalten hier aktuellste Neuigkeiten von Microsoft und Microsoft Experten. Wir haben in Know before you go & Viva España auf die Konferenz und die vielen Details rund um das Microsoft Event hingewiesen, schließlich bietet Barcelona neben einer tollen Event-Location tolle Bauwerke, Kultur und Gastronomie. In der TEE-Keynote wurden Neuigkeiten von Windows 10 gezeigt und viele neue Cloud-Features angekündigt. Aus meiner Sicht war die Keynote professionell hatte aber wenig Höhepunkte. Wer sich den Zwei-Stunden Overview selbst ansehen möchte, kann dies bereits auf Channel9 tun, alle Sessions werden bald folgen. ...

So SharePoint and Project Conference Adriatics 2014 is over now (15th to 16th October). We, @magrom and @atwork, had a really great time at SPC Adriatics 2014 - as always ;). It was our third SPC Adriatcs and we enjoyed the hospitality and meeting so many friends and colleagues from all over the world. There were about 200 attendees and about 30 speakers from 17 countries enjoying the conference in Zagreb, Croatia (see our conference announcement here). ...

It´s almost time for SharePoint and Project Conference Adriatcs 2014! In about two weeks, SPC Adriatcs Conference 2014 will be held from 15th to 16th October in Zagreb/Croatia. This will be the third SPC Adriatics organized by the three MVPs Nenad Trajkovski and Toni Frankola from Croatia and Adis Jugo from Bosnia and Herzegovina. What once started as an (smaller) IT conference just for the Adriatics region became an international recognized and well known conference with speakers from whole Europe and America and attendees from all over the region. ...

Nach dem (zu) kühlen Sommerwetter haben wir in der IT einen heißen Herbst vor uns. Im Microsoft Umfeld werden in den nächsten Monaten viele Produkte aktualisiert oder neu erscheinen und die MS-Community erwartet diese bereits mit Spannung. Last week the IT DevConnections conference took place in the cool location of Aria resort in Las Vegas with about 1.400 attendees. As every successful conference is also present in Social Media we collected data from Twitter and publish some summary statistic of the the event - as we did for devconnections 2013 last year. Last week we from atwork (@magrom and @atwork) have been part of IT DevConnections conference which took place in fabulous Las Vegas. It was our second year at DevConnections. Last year we´ve been in the developer track, this year we had two sessions in the SharePoint track. Since we´re deep in Office 365 consulting and development this conference is a great get-together - and, it was in hot and sunny Las Vegas! ...
