The 365 EduCon Conference's multi-city format encapsulates the spirit of collaboration, growth, and innovation in education across the United States. Martina and I had the privilege of attending the 365 EduCon in the busy city of Washington, D.C. in mid-June to speak there about Microsoft 365 technologies and solutions.
365 EduCon DC, a Microsoft 365 Conference, brings to you the world’s leading experts in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams and Azure. The conference took place from June 12 to 16, 2023, in the Washington Downtown in the Walter E Washington Convention Center. The location was perfect, right in the center of downtown. We took advantage of this and went for a run every morning.
The conference attracted around 700 participants. The keynote had the topic “A New Era of Work” and was delivered by Karuana Gatimu and Liz Sundet.
Many workshops and a series of sessions took place during this week. We had the following sessions there:
- Use MS365 Purview Information Barriers to stay secure & compliant in your Microsoft Teams workplace (Martina Grom)
- Better together: Viva Connections and the Power Platform (Martina Grom, Toni Pohl)
- Use Adaptive Cards and Actionable Messages and take action in Microsoft 365 (Martina Grom, Toni Pohl)
This was our first time at 365 EduCon, and it was great! Thanks to the team of Tech Conferences LLC for the perfect organization of the conference and the appreciation of the speakers.
We met a lot of new people, had a lot of fun with our colleagues and it was very interesting to interact with all participants, many of them from the public sector.
We thank you for the great interest in our sessions and look forward to the next events!
