I am a consultant for Portfolio Project Management (PPM), focused on Project Online and all versions of Microsoft Project Server, in Vienna, Austria. Everything started in 2000, being a project manager at a pharmaceutical company, when I implemented Project Central, the very first version of Project Server. Since 2007 I am a consultant for PPM. In 2011 I started to work as a free consultant.
My main interests for these solutions are localization, implementing security models with low maintenance efforts and design processes to optimize usage and outcome. For implementation, I am using VBA macros, SharePoint Designer 2013 workflows including REST calls and customizations of Microsoft Project Professional and Project Server / Project Online.
I am conference speaker, blogger and consultant for Microsoft Project and Project Server.
